"Rosy Khan," "I," "me," or "Talent" refers to Rukhsana Khan d/b/a Rosy Khan. "You" refers to the user or viewer of this website.

Use of my voice for AI training, cloning, synthesis, or reproduction is strictly prohibited worldwide.

Services 

Rosy Khan provides professional voiceover recording and performance services.

Audio Demos & Usage Rights

All voice recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of Rukhsana Khan. Every project requires clients to sign an AI Rider or similar provision in our contract for services. 

You may not:

• Download demos to train or enable training of AI, TTS, machine learning, synthesis or cloning tools anywhere in the world

• Share, sell or distribute demos, recordings or performances with anyone other than potential clients, casting directors, producers, for casting, roster, and evaluation purposes only, or with authors considering hiring Talent’s services

• Use or permit the use of any portion of Talent’s recordings and performance including auditions, demos or downloads from my website, for creation of synthetic voices, text-to-speech or for machine learning

• Use or permit the use of any recording or performance of Talent to simulate Talent’s voice or likeness, or to create any synthesised or “digital double” voice or likeness of Talent

• Claim the recordings or performances as your own

• Edit, remix, or redistribute any audio 

• Use audio or video for commercial projects without Talent’s written licensing approval

• Post audio or video to social media without Talent’s written consent.

You agree that any recordings or performances stored in digital format will be securely stored so that unauthorised third parties may not gain access to the files containing Talent’s voice or likeness, and if such files are stored in “the cloud” you agree to safeguard them through industry-standard encryption or equivalent security measures.

Unless otherwise noted, all website content including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, downloads, and software is owned by or licensed to me, and protected by applicable laws and international treaties concerning intellectual property.

Exceptions: Audiobook covers belong to the author/publisher; commercial or embedded video content belongs to the respective client or brand.

Website License

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view, download, and print content from this website for personal non-commercial use or internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms.

Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Copy, download beyond personal use, modify, translate, publish, sell, sublicense, transfer, redistribute, broadcast, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on this website

• Allow any third party to do any of the foregoing, without my express written consent

• Enter into agreements using my recordings or likeness without my knowledge and written consent

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

• Upload viruses, malware, spyware, trojans, worms, rootkits, or other malicious software

• Conduct automated data collection (scraping, mining, extraction, or harvesting) without my express written consent

• Use this website for marketing purposes without my written consent.

If you are involved in or suspected of:

• violating laws, regulations, or these Terms of Use;

• infringing on third-party rights;

• impairing my legitimate interests; or

• offending me or any third party

I reserve the right to deny you access to my website and services, terminate contracts, report any misconduct to the appropriate authorities and bring court proceedings against you.

All trademarks and marks associated with this website remain the exclusive property of me or my licensors.
